REGISTRATION
To register, please complete the on-line registration form before May 1, 2006.
Those presenting a paper or poster should complete the registration form before April 1, 2006.
It is also possible to download the registration form (Word-file) and send or fax it to the address mentioned below.
CONFERENCE FEES
The conference fees are as follows:

The conference fee covers:
A conference package including a program book with abstracts, the welcome party on Wednesday June 7th, lunches and refreshments during the conference, the dinner party on Friday evening at 'Kasteel Doornenburg', the farewell cocktail, coach transfers between your hotel and the conference centre.
ACCOMPANYING PERSONS
Registered accompanying persons are entitled to attend the social events of the conference: the welcome party, the dinner party and the farewell cocktail.
Registration fee for accompanying persons is € 100,-
If there is enough interest, tours will be organized at an additional charge.

Cancellation
Registered participants who are unable to attend the meeting will be refunded 75% of their fees, provided that the Conference Agency receives a written notice before May 15, 2006 after which no refunds can be made.
