GENERAL INFORMATION
VENUE
The conference will be held at the Conference Centre of the Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands. The visiting address is Aula, Comeniuslaan 2, Nijmegen.
HOTEL RESERVATION
A wide variety of hotels is available in Nijmegen and its surroundings. However, rooms at discount
rates have been reserved in the Belvoir Hotel, the Mercure Hotel and the Apollo Hotel, all situated in the
city centre of Nijmegen and in the Val Monte Hotel and the Erica Hotel in the woods of Berg en Dal, just outside Nijmegen.
Hotel reservations will be made by the Conference Agency and can only be guaranteed if this form is
sent before May 1, 2006.
Please use the registration form to indicate your choice. If your preferred hotel is no longer available, we reserve the right to assign alternate accommodation.
Please note that the accommodation has to be paid for at the hotel as you check out.
Cancellations can be submitted, 48 hrs. before the arrival date, in writing, by fax or e-mail to the Conference
Agency.
Rooms will be available at reduced rates (per night/breakfast included) in the following hotels.
